Where I Am.

Drew & Michelle's Big Day

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of being present for the wedding of one of my longest standing friends, and also got to play the part of photographer.

I've known Drew since I was 5, and probably a bit before that, we even lived together when we were younger for a while while my parents house was finished being built. I first met the bride to be Michelle at summer camp in high school and one of the most vivid memories I have of her is her and I laughing so hard we cried above the canteen. I am not sure what we were laughing at but I (may have) peed a little.

All in all I couldn't have pictured a more perfect day for these two to get married. Not only was the weather perfect, but everything right down to the way they planned the day, starting with the dinner and having the ceremony after, everything just fit them. Another great part of the day was the group of people that it brought together to celebrate it. Both the families of the bride and the groom turned out in full force, some from as far as Alberta, and old college friends that had to come from a different country. It was a party to remember.

So with that I say congrats Drew & Michelle, it was a beautiful day for two beautiful people and it was a joy to be a part of it!
